Packages are generally dispatched between 24 to 48 hours after receipt of payment and are shipped via a major carrier or your local post office with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery with a required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

We will not accept or issue a refund for any packages marked return to sender or refused that do not include a valid RMA number. If you return a package, we recommend that you get proof of shipment. Upon receipt of your returned product with a valid RMA number, a refund will be issued to your credit card. After the shipping department receives your return, it generally takes 3-5 business days or less to process your refund. Once a return is processed, it can take up to one billing cycle for the refund to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.
We will issue your refund upon receipt of your used and unused containers of biotico products, and as long as no more than 1 bottle has a broken safety seal, we will provide a full refund on your purchase less a $9.99 re-stocking fee.
If your item is defective, please emails us at email@example.com. We will require a description of the problem and upon receipt and review we will immediately send you a replacement product. Thank you for your support.
